Where sources disagree we publish a range rather than false precision.

So treat the guide as a well-researched starting point, not gospel. Before you buy, verify the details that matter — exact dimensions, materials, washability, age rating — with the manufacturer or retailer. Cleaning and repair carry real risk to the item. Washing, machine-drying, dyeing, restuffing or opening a seam can damage or destroy a plush toy, and sentimental items are irreplaceable.
