How quickly will I get a reply?
Usually within two to three business days. Corrections to the guide tend to be handled fastest because they are the easiest to act on.
Can you tell me where to buy a specific plush?
We can often point you to which makers produce a given animal in a given size, and the relevant guide page usually already covers it. We do not hold stock, take orders or ship anything — this is a reference site, not a shop.
Will you review or feature my product?
We write about plush that is relevant to the guide, and we do not accept payment for editorial coverage. You are welcome to tell us about a product, but a paid placement is not something we offer.
