Each format is genuinely good at one thing and bad at the others, so the choice is really about which problem you have.
The four formats
Floor bins and baskets are the least tidy and the most used, because a child can put a plush away without help. They are the right answer for a toddler.
Zoo frames — a wooden or plastic frame with elastic bars you drop plush behind — display the collection like an exhibit and are the most decorative. They hold less than they look like they will.
Hanging chains with clips run vertically down a wall and suit small clip-friendly plush. They are the only format that works in a narrow space.
Beanbag covers are a zip-up bag you fill with plush and then sit on. They store the most by volume and hide everything, which is either the point or the problem.

Matching format to collection
A collection of a few large plush wants a floor bin or a beanbag. A collection of many small plush wants a chain or a zoo frame, because bins turn small plush into an unfindable pile.
Mixed collections generally need two formats, and that is a better outcome than forcing everything into one.
Beanbag covers, specifically
These work, and they solve real storage problems, but two things are worth knowing. Plush inside them compress and flatten, so long-pile animals come out looking worse than they went in.
And anything with beads, a sound module or a heat pack should not go in one — it will be sat on.
