11 月 5 日消息，索尼官方发布博文，宣布 PlayStation 5 Pro 主机 11 月 7 日首发支持 55 款游戏，其中 11 款来自索尼第一方工作室。
索尼官方公布的 PlayStation 5 Pro 主机首发支持游戏列表中，共有 11 款来自索尼第一方工作室，包括《漫威蜘蛛侠》、《最后的生还者》、《地平线》和《战神》系列，此外还有《恶魔之魂》等独立游戏。
在首发游戏列表中，还包括《使命召唤：黑色行动 6》、《暗黑破坏神 4》、《心灵杀手 2》、《博德之门 3》、《霍格沃兹之遗》等游戏。
